Quality policy

　　Our quality policy is to pursue perfect quality and provide best customer service, in order to realize this policy, we promise to do as follows:

• Comply with all the laws, regulations and rules of quality;
• Carry out quality education and business training regularly, in order to improve the staff’s quality mindedness and skills;
• Stress the quality of raw material and equipment;
• Strengthen management of post operation, to realize all the manufacture procedure are under computerized;
• Discover the problems or hidden troubles of quality timely, and improve them immediately;
• Practise the process inspection seriously, never allow the half-finished products which have potential quality problem get into next stage;
• Inspect all the final products carefully, ensure no unqualified products has been sent to our customers;
• Understand customers’ demand and requirement timely and comprehensively, then try best to satisfy them.

Environment policy

　　Our company will prove that smelters can also eliminate or lessen the adverse effect to environment by our improving protective environment acts, then we promise to do as follows:

• Comply with all the laws, regulations and rules about environment protection;
• Improve every employee’s awareness of environment protection and responsibility for it;
• Control the pollution discharge following the State Standard, and try to minimize it;
• Pay great attention to research and develop the waste recovery methods;
• Utilize the resource effectively, and make resource consumption at minimum level;
• Correct and prevent the acts which have or will caused adverse effect to environment immediately;
• Our top leaders will know and estimate the environment timely and comprehensively, and will keep it improving.

Manage

　　Jinlong pushes the personnel self-management actively, not only introducing the investment and high technology, but also learning from the advanced management mode of Toyo smelter in Japan. Now, we already established the Rules of Management by employee’s Suggestions, encouraging everyone to put forward their suggestion and proposal actively and regularly. Meanwhile, we carry out the activities of tackling key technical problems actively, in order to solve the problems of technics, equipments, etc.

　　According to the same type smelters similar to Jinlong both in China and overseas, we establish the Standard Operation Process, various kinds of technical standards and regulations, also invite Japanese experts to share the company’s daily administration. Now, on the production, we cancel the traditional manufactural coordinate system, and practise working procedures and cooperated operation; In the respect of management of equipment, we push TPM management, and try to minimize the loss invited by shut down by preventive maintenance; and in the respect of management of plant site, we push the “5S”management, to keep safety in production and tidiness in working site.
